We offer refunds on items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
